A lack of sleep

So what do you call getting less than two hours worth of sleep and then trying to get work done?
…A waste of time
Another late night has come and gone leaving me up to my elbows in sleep debt. Yes debt, it kinda works like that because not getting enough sleep over a period of time catches up with you and will slowly wear at you until you have no choice but to make time to sleep. Your brain starts to micro-sleep where you drift into and out of unconciousness for mere seconds. Quite devestating if your driving down a busy freeway and somehow don’t see that idiot pulling out in front of you. Anyways, long story short I never get enough sleep. (usually around 5 hours per night)
Sir, Please get the hell out of my internet!

That’s right, I’ve had enough of people, particularly politicians trying to tell me what I can and cannot do on the internet.I see the internet like an international territory that should not be policed like anyone owns it. Why can’t I download that
mp3 or movie file? Why should you be peeking in my packets? I sure hope you can see my digital shotgun pointed in your proverbial face because I’m not too keen on what I see happening on the political front this year. No I don’t like your bandwidth throttling, that can go too. Oh and did you ever hear about net neutrality, well its what us the people who use the internet are demanding and just don’t think we will let you run us over with your digital tanks because this is not communist China and we will fight for what is ours.
If everything continues downhill and the Corporations take over and find a way to stop us from torrenting and using P2P technologies what do they think will happen? I’ll tell you what will happen, I’ll purchase the same amount of CD’s DVD’s and games that I always have. Maybe even less of them than before. Perhaps I’ll buy one game and copy it for my friends; just try stopping physical peer to peer. Where there is a need it will be filled, where there is desire there will be achomplishment. You can put cameras on our streets and inspect my packets all day long but I will continue to do what I please and I won’t be bullied by corporate bodies and the governments they control.
Here is to a free internet, long live the beautiful anarchy of it all.
